My first impression did not do this place justice. When I called to schedule my appointment, the young lady sounded lethargic with no enthusiasm. She was not warm and inviting but came off as a bit rude so I seriously considered canceling my appointment. However, I decided to give them a chance and once I arrived at my scheduled appointment I was pleased. Carolyn was so professional, thorough yet sweet, and had a kind spirit. Great doctor! Fixed my arch and I am very happy with Dr Armstrong and his staff!
Awful podiatrist. After waiting an hour past my appointment time he spent a total of 5minutes with me. He spoke a million miles a minute and wasn’t clear or concise in what my follow up treatment was, he rushed out of the room while still speaking and didn’t check to make sure I understood. He quickly scanned my X-rays and put me in a brace, And my foot hurts just as bad as when I broke it 6 weeks ago. Will never return.
