Working with Cheyenne has been a nightmare! She has not been nice at all and has an attitude and brushes it off that they are understaffed. Our last conversation ended up in a yelling match, yes, she was yelling at me and I yelled back! I almost cancelled surgery but I really like Dr. Gilley and think he is a nice, caring doctor. What bothers me the most is that Cheyenne said, feel free to make a formal complaint, which means she’ll just get away with her behavior. I just had a minimally invasive surgery to correct two hammer toes yesterday. I walked out of the office with just a surface bandaid over the top and a couple little bandaids around my toes. I'm getting along just fine with just a little bruising and very little pain. I'm taking a little Tylenol, now and then, to make sure I don't hurt. I'm very pleased with everything so far!
Very pleased with doctor Gonzalez. Helpful with relieving pain in feet. Friendly staff also.
