I like both locations LE and Frisco. Dr. Knapp has been amazing at trying to get my feet right again. He is very knowledgeable and the whole staff has always been friendly! I did have to wait a long time for my appointment once arrived and was a bit upset but I know he takes his time with me so I know he does the same with his other patients.
I have gone to this location multiple times. Just like every appointment, you will have to wait a bit. They are busy because they see multiple patients and take their time with each one but they try their best to stay on time. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I have seen both Dr. Tavakoli and Dr. Knapp. They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. I had great experiences every time I went. Highly recommend
45 minutes after my appointment I left to find a doctors office that respects their patients valuable time. Doctor was really nice as is everyone I’ve met on the staff but this lack of proper organization is unacceptable. This wasn’t the first wait I’ve had but it was the last I was willing to roll with. There was no communication until I asked what was going on after 40 minutes. A call before I left work early to tell me they were running behind and an offer to reschedule could have gone a long way.
Dr. was very polite and explained everything very well; would give him a 5 on the clinic work. Initially, the office was very good a getting the appt set, referral, and patient forms electronically. However is was disappointed to find they have no patient portal and website is poor at providing patient information. I lost my recovery instructions and was hoping to find online. I got a receipt but had nothing with my Dr.'s name on it. No way to send a message online.... it is often after hours before I can sit down to get inf... read more
