The staff are all so kind and attentive. Truly great people. My experience has been nothing but positive. 5/5 would recommend!
I had the worst experience with the billing department. We had moved several times and just got a bill forwarded to us from 2 years ago. They added a $50 late fee for an $18 bill and would not negotiate at all with us. Terrible customer service and a very rude accounting staff member. Do not go to this office. They are very difficult to work with.
Great experience! Dr. DiNucci is very knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. My wife had problems walking and needed surgery to correct the issue and he was able to do surgery and give her back her mobility. His staff are all very pleasant to work with as well, which makes the total experience so much easier. My wife Jeanne and I highly recommend Dr. DiNucci. Thank you again Dr. DiNucci and staff for an excellent experience,
