I have had the worst experience here. Every visit, the nurses are rude. The doctor barely talks. I currently have a condition that needs treatment and it’s embarrassing. My first visit, when the doctor left the room after giving me my treatment the nurse yelled in the hallway to him, “how many she got?!” And they like to keep the door open and speak very loud to you in the patient room while they’re people in the lobby. We really like the doctor that treats my father. Unfortunately, they have a very rude Answering Service. The on call doctor instructed us to go to the emergency room and then notify him when we arrived. His answering service flat out refused to page the doctor. We tried to explain to the operator that the Doctor specifically requested he be notified when we arrived that he was waiting. Didn’t matter - the answering service refused and stated you can just wait in the ER.
When my mother called the front desk, a very unprofessional and rude woman failed to mention to her that the office is on the 3rd floor since the building has no indication that the clinic is located in that building. Also, Google Maps states the clinic is on Floor 1 (lies)
