staff wasn’t helpful in setting a new patient appointment with any of the podiatrist. The staff lacked compassion and her tone was rude, she got all the details from me to fix a new appointment and then said there were no appointment available. Seems their front office needs to be trained how to handle the phone calls. Unprofessional. They have lost a patient.
The staff is not very friendly. The office has grown so much that I feel they have lost their "welcome home" feeling/atmosphere. I still haven't received my prescription and it's been a few weeks now. I will probably be looking for another podiatry office.

I have been seeing Dr. Mactavish for my diabetic foot pain for years. I have taken both of my young daughters to see him for foot injuries and ingrown toenails. He and Ashley, his assistant, are always prompt, friendly, and professional. I wish Dr. Mactavish could be our doctor for all of our ailments.
Miles did ingrown nail procedures on me and did great, he's got great bedside manners
I had an ingrown toe nail and Dr. Margolis took such good care of me I hardly felt a thing. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. Would definitely go back again!
They made me lose my left foot.doctors are druggies, staff are rude. Please do not make the same mistake as me. Do yourself a favor and go to somebody else. Stay away, you've been warned.
