In my opinion, this doctor is EXTREMELY dishonest. I called to make an appointment (for a normal office visit) and asked if they were in my insurance network. They told me yes. When I arrived for the appointment I gave them my insurance card and ID and they asked me to pay my in-network specialist co pay which I did. At NO POINT did they tell me they were not in network despite having my insurance information including my subscriber ID. The entrance to the building is around the back. Make a left onto Bon Air Dr, then take the first left antd that's the entrance to the parking lot. It's one way.
