Wonderful coustmer service, so poliete the doctors are all amazing and show absoulte care.
Will not call you back, you have to go in person. I had this happen serval times. Then when I went into talk to some about out of pocket coverage, they gave me the number for a different city with no billing contacts.
I have no issues with the doctors here. I have issues with the billing department. My copays were collected after I had reached my out of pocket maximum. Currently the billing dept is refusing to send me my $95 back. They are also wanting to collect on services from 2022 that was sent in to the insurance with the incorrect codes. I spoke with the insurance and billing dept at that time. I told the billing dept they submitted the codes in the wrong order.
