The visit with Dr. Rosado on Sept. 10th was ok with the doctor. Dr. Rosado was professional and informative with my examine and treatment. However, the front desk receptionist, Sandra, was the opposite; she kept telling me over and over my insurance was inactive. After I called my insurance rep. twice and talked to 2 different reps. to confirm to her that my insurance was in fact active; she was still very adamant that my Insurance was inactive.
