Paid an invoice recently and was charged 3.5% for using a credit/debit card. I think that’s the cost of doing business and you should absorb your own bank fees and not pass them on to your patients. Not customer focused at all.
Marlene is top notch and very meticulous. Have an appt scheduled next week for a pedicure and hardly even need one now! Excellent work.
