I did not want to give 1 star. I usually don't leave reviews, but if I can save one person from this "office" I feel like I've done my part. This place is awful. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel as if you are invisible. I stood at the window while two members of the office looked over me. Not so much as a hello. My dad has been seeing Dr. Le for four years now and loves him! yes the wait may be a little longer but its definitely worth it. He takes such good care of my dad's feet especially since he is diabetic and doesn't like to take care of himself. He has offered us everything from night splints, to orthotics and shoes and all of which has helped with his foot pain and preventing any sores and ulcers that happen a lot in diabetic people. Do not go here - it is a horrible business! I waited over 3 hours for my appointment ( I showed up 30 minutes early) and only spent 5 minutes with the doctor. I was lied to about the custom made orthotics - was told I would get 3 sets for $350. I paid the $350 (and the $30 copay) that day. I came back a week later and they charged me another $30 copay just to pick up the orthotics - and I only got 1 pair instead of the 3 pairs they said I would be getting. Their explanation? Its a joke.. All they want is your money. I thought I did my research on the web, not so.. I felt very rushed, in and out..
