What a scam. Tried to charge me $95. Told me my copay was 45 and office visit was 50. I left because I'm on a limited income. Got home and called my insurance company. I have $0 copay and should not have to pay for visit. They also wanted me to have x-rays done BEFORE looking at my feet. These people obviously don't know what they are doing. And it was a dirty environment. People....be aware of your deductible and call your insurance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED "CLINIC".
They'll tell you that everything is covered by your clients state health insurance then they'll send you a bill for hundreds of dollars. My client just got a $200 bill when they said everything was covered. The bill was sent 5 months after the appointment. Do not go here, they're deceptive. If you say the service will be covered by state insurance, you shouldn't then be sending bills. Did you even check?

Was referred here by the VA. At first Dr. and staff were professional, but second visit acted like I was taking up there time. Then there's the fact that they're trying to bill be for something i paid for in office. Complaint filed with VA.
