Poor patient portal to communicate with Dr K Lee. He’s not listed in the drop down selections of physicians. Had to send to “office” and hoped he got my message. Also, poor emergency answering service Friday, 3/20/26, 10pm. Refused to contact on call doctor and said Dr Lee will get the emergency message Monday morning, 3/23/26. At this writing 3/23/26, 3pm CT, no response from Dr Lee still.

Dr. Radcliffe is the best!
My first visit 11/11/25 at The Woodlands location, I walked in with a smile as I greeted the Younglady at the front desk, who was very Impersonable and made it obvious either it was to early in the morning for smiles or She was just not having a good morning.
