My husband and I were considering becoming new patients of this office, as we had heard great things about the physicians who work here. However, when I called to inquire about a new patient appointment, the receptionist immediately placed me on hold for several minutes before hanging up. When I called back and was able to speak with her, I found her demeanor both unprofessional and unwelcoming. We are no longer interested in becoming patients of this office.
Sam is the absolute best she always takes good care of her customers. Dr ramdass is the best foot dr in town period. I have been seeing him for years .I highly recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the great work
My wife sees the doctor here. Usually I wait in the car for her appointments but I like going into this office with her. Sam at the front desk is always friendly, smiling and caring. If we ever have a problem she helps to fix it, she makes my wife and I laugh and engages with us. She always remembers our previous conversations and follows up with them. I've been a patient here at the Winchester office for the last few months and am very pleased with my care. Starting at the front desk and Sam to Shandy and the Doctor. They have been thorough and knowledgeable. They've taught this retired nurse a thing or two.
The doctor I saw is absolutely great, but they just refuse to pick up the phone there. I don't get it...
