Dr Rouse listens to my needs and is always professional and caring. Chloe is amazing at selection, fitting, adjusting and sometimes repeating the whole process of selection of footwear and orthotics for my Charcot foot issues. She is always upbeat and works hard to address my needs, even making time for impromptu appointments when dealing with a full schedule. The whole team at Foot and Ankle Center of Nebraska cooperates to provide a pleasant and caring environment.
Kind and thoughtful care
They are all very friendly. The doc was amazing. Figured out I have a stress fracture on my left ankle. So Im in a boot, I will be back. I recommend.
Staff was very nice and informative. The Dr was so very gentle and nice and seemed like he cared abt his patients. My first visit was very enjoyable and relaxing. I liked them very much.
My brother is a patient & I’m his medical representative. He was having toe issues & was seen by the doctor, while there we saw Chloe who works with footwear. She contacted his insurance plan & found out he could receive a pair of free shoes. I was surprised that she took it upon herself to go the extra mile without being asked. I appreciate the white glove treatment she provided & I would recommend her to any. Thank you Chloe for making my brother feel comfortable & going the extra mile.
