Unprofessional! My husband had an appointment, we arrived 15 mins early as they stated. To be told that they didn’t accept his insurance. I told the lady’s at front desk how unprofessional and thoughtless they were, they stated that the office manager had called me at 9 am day of appointment and left me a vm, not true I got a missed call but no vm. Mind you this appointment was scheduled two weeks ago and they do this the day of appointment.

Leaving this review for my father who is a patient of Dr. Fung. He has had a positive experience with Foot and Ankle Center as he has been a patient there for over a year. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Fung is great!
