Wow, I cannot believe this place. I have never heard of a fee of $77 to fill out doctor's paperwork to be faxed back to protect you on FMLA. And then to have to call and make sure that this paperwork is completed when they said that they received that paperwork on the day you went to the doctor and then to find out that they haven’t sent it and then I have to pay for it. Not happy at all.!!! I am a new patient and I’m already feeling like they’re taking advantage.
