This is simply for the receptionist and not the doctors. I called to see if I can get an emergency appointment because my big toe is in excruciating pain. The lady who picked up was rude and dismissive from the start of the conversation. I asked if I can be seen as an emergency today. She said no. That's fine, I get it. I asked for the earliest appointment that's available. She got aggressive all of a sudden and said they're all booked up. I asked for a specific time/date again. Great experience everyone is always friendly and helpful Never have to wait past schedule time of appointment Doctor is always friendly and someone you can have a conversation with and cares about his patients

My second appointment, I arrive little early. I was in the waiting room for twenty five minutes before somebody call me they told me they close at three on friday, but they had me in a waiting room for twenty five minutes the room sting so bad.I had to tell the lady to spray air freshener i guess there was a joke because some of the ladies had laughed and I feel like I was rushed out the office. I forgot to schedule appointment.
