The receptionist was very dismissive and condescending. I was referred here by another doctor. I attempted to make a new patient appointment and on my end, there was some noise in the background. I apologized for that bc she made a comment. We versed back and forth and she made it a point to explain very thoroughly everything from the portal, to NPI and DX. The doctors are wonderful and everyone that works behind the main desk, but one receptionist is so incredibly rude. I had called asking if there were any earlier appointments and she dismissed me as though my question was ridiculous and I had done something wrong. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've been going to The Foot and Ankle Centers, the Chelten Ave location since last year. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Morrison is the best. I highly recommend.
