The proprietor is great to deal with and the prices for on-site jewelry repair are very reasonable, far better than at the chain jewelry stores. The workmanship is excellent, too
I had two watch batteries replaced and one watch repaired, and the experience was excellent. The work was done quickly, the service was great, and the prices were fantastic. I highly recommend them for anyone needing watch repairs or battery replacements.
I brought my watch in to have a couple links removed from the bracelet. However, he removed a link that isn't meant to be removed. The removable links on the bracelet are clearly marked with an arrow. This watch was brand new and left visible damage on a link next to where the wrong one was removed.
