Great prices, and friendly service but I almost didn't receive back a big portion of my deceased grandmother's gold bracelet which I had asked to be resized (over two inches of heavy gold braid). The ring I had resized wasn't resized using the piece of rose gold I provided (that did not get returned to me) and it's pretty obvious where the resizing happened...
