Love Foo but this location desperately needs a remodel it’s pretty dingy and sticky in there.
I just have to say that we love the Foo but since yall open the store down pass Hillcrest the service here just sucks! One of the things I can say is that our order is never messed up but here lately is has been. Someone needs to get in there and get it back right.
The food and atmosphere were amazing. Their manager Lexi did a great job of showing hospitality, and the crew did an amazing job making the food. It was delicious and worth the visit. Would certainly come back!
ordered a salad and bigger box and drove home only to find that my salad had no chicken. paid $10 for some lettuce and ranch. drove back up here only to not be told sorry, no offers to fix the inconvenience or anything. just put 4 tenders in a box and was sent on my way. now my other entree is cold. i understand mistakes happen but your employees need to be trained how to properly remedy those mistakes.
