ALWAYS CHECK THAT YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU. I didn't get the balsamic vinaigrette that I was charged for. Not the 1st time. I didn't notice until I got home. I'm really not sure why it's so difficult for people at any food establishment to check to make sure an order is correct before handing it to a customer. I guess that would require that someone cares about their job and about customer service.
This is my first time trying this franchise and let me tell you, wow! This location should be used as an example for how all the location should operate. The staff here was wonderful, especially Brianna, who was very professional, friendly, and attentive. She made some suggestions on what I should get and she was on point.
