Stay away from Dr. Foos. He is incompetent, dismissive, condescending, and rude. He doesn't understand the basics. I filed a complaint against him with Kaiser. He is unfit .The way that he spoke to me was unreal. He should lose his license.
He takes excellent care of me and his patients.
Beyond disappointed in how this doctor talks to patients.
If I could give him zero stars I would! He treated me horrible, he makes you feel dumb and diminished all my health concerns. He was incredibly rude so much so I was holding back tears during my appointment. I couldn’t believe a doctor can speak to someone this way. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL!
