RecommendedCooper is all worn out after his first day camp experience at Foolish Heart Farm today! Thanks to the wonderful ladies who took care of my sweet only child puppy and made me feel so much better about trying him out with other pups. He had a great time!
We have had dogs our whole lives. Boarding has always been an issue until we found Pegi and Foolish Heart Farm. Porter LOVES the farm. It is like sending your kids to summer camp; they come home tired and happy and a little smelly if you don't spring for the bath!
Sweetie and Peppermint love coming to doggie day care and boarding st Foolish Heart. The owner and staff love the animals and the grounds are kept in pristine condition. I wouldn't take my sweet fur babies anywhere else. Thank you, Foolish Heart Farm and Kennels, for being such an extraordinary place for Sweetie and Peppermint to visit when I can't be with them.
My two dogs have been coming here for 6 years (almost every business day during that time frame) . For Day care, boarding, and grooming. Over that time frame, I have never had problems with poor treatment of my dogs. The dogs love to go there and are treated very well. In the past 3 years there has been an extensive transformation of the dog runs and the kenneling area for the benefit of the animals. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.
I would never board my dog there again. After his last visit, correspondence with the FHF revealed after two visits they did not know his sex (male neutered), accused of going after another dog when it was clear he was attacked based on his wounds. I would also question putting a young male with females. In addition, after all of his shots he receive a mild case of kennel cough (according to my vet). He was a rescue puppy and I have found a better place to board him in the future.
