The worst property manager I have ever dealt with, if I could leave zero stars, I would. This man is not only super unprofessional but told me 2 months after I moved out of a property that I was not getting my security deposit back and refused to give me an itemized receipt stating what all my money went into fixing, something that he is legally obligated to give me. He told me to get an attorney and “figure it out”. Please do not conduct business with this man take your money somewhere else because he will not give it back ... read more
Chris Foohs Is Great guy he has looked after us for over 10 years as a property manager He has been Johnny on the spot when we had problems with our unit he literally is on call 24 seven always returns calls and does his best to work with the most difficult landlord to ensure that we tenants are treated fairly As our current lease expires, there is no other person I would rather rent from ………..thanks, Chris
