My first time at Foody’s. Been watching the reviews and write ups. I loved it. Finally a good food diner in KC. They are very hard to find. Family owned and operated by nice people who care. The banana bread was a breath of fresh air. The gravy on my omelet was delicious. I grew u on Kansas Midwestern food from scratch and this place has it. First impression. Should have a host stand to control the flow of customers. And have legable signage for take out ordering

Hello Jay Howland Thank you for your thoughts. We have considered your point of view 3 years ago when we opened. We learned there just is no room available for a host stand. We do our best to control the flow of guests. The concept is designed to come in, grab menus, seat yourself, order at the register when ready, grab your own flatware and drinks and have us bring out your food. It’s a winning idea. First time here...breakfast tops Big Biscuit in my book and that’s been an all time fav! Great food, great atmosphere, great people! So many choices it was hard to decide. Will definitely be back to support our local Mom & Pop shop!
