Natural-Fresh-Organic Lansing's most complete natural food source. We are a full health food store including a vitamin section and a grab and go deli with made from scratch meals and salads. All our produce is organic and we carry many local Michigan products. We also have great selections in our dairy, frozen, bulk, wine & beer, and health & beauty sections. We are a local EMPLOYEE-OWNED store that has been in the East Lansing area since 1997.

Exceptional customer service, products, ambiance, and true novelty of being locally-grown! Last time we were there, they presented us with a sweet rose upon check-out. We are so fortunate this spot is in our community.
