Natural-Fresh-Organic Lansing's most complete natural food source. We are a full health food store including a vitamin section and a grab and go deli with made from scratch meals and salads. All our produce is organic and we carry many local Michigan products. We also have great selections in our dairy, frozen, bulk, wine & beer, and health & beauty sections. We are a local EMPLOYEE-OWNED store that has been in the East Lansing area since 1997.

We are asking stores in our area to go organic and some are at least considering it while others are getting more and more products. Hope you do so well that others want to follow suit.
I love this place! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, wide variety if products, and ALL the produce is organic!
