Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all with this company. I reached out them late in March for an event happening the first weekend of May. A few days later I received a call from Nancy, to go over all the details. And then radio silence. I needed to reach out to her to see if anything else was needed. I constantly needed to reach out to her. I have been working with Nancy on my first outdoor performance with our school, Valencia School of Music. Due to COVID, we wanted to hold an outdoor performance that would be really special. Nancy helped us not only secure some fantastic food trucks, but she was an advocate for me when I was having trouble figuring out the process of completing the paperwork. On top of that she is kind, attentive and incredibly responsive. She is fantastic to work with if you are holding an event and need a food truck (or a few!)
