I tried two products. Ready Harvest freeze dried sweet potatoes and Ready Harvest dehydrated sweet potatoes, both wonderful. I enjoy eating the freeze dried sweet potatoes right out of the can, or adding them to a salad like croutons, or to a trail mix nut mixture for healthy snacking. The dehydrated sweet potatoes, after pouring the serving amount I want into water and letting hydrate, I have either microwaved it, and even added to shrimp or fish into the air fryer and then adding this mixture onto salad such as spinach lea... read more
