Never work for this company very poor management very poor training throw you a position and expect you to learn it on your own. Middleton. Miramont Behavorial health is horrible place for this worthless company. No 401k. If you are salary, they expect you to punch the clock because they can’t trust you. There is no trust within that company. You can work 180 hours in two weeks and they will still only pay you for 100. I gave one star because I couldn’t give a half a star.
Country bumpkin organization !! Minimum training ... Lots of grey areas.... No corporate support
You CANNOT get an answer to a question. Been TWO WEEKS since we have CALLED, TEXTED, MESSENGER(ED) AND EMAILED. No response. Ignored for 2 weeks and counting. Sad part is, WE'RE EMPLOYEES, not just random people.
