Attentive stuff and knowledgeable physician. Unfortunately, our visit was ruined by the receptionist, who clearly had an attitude with us. What's worse is that she was collecting some critical medical data but did so in a way that was not easy to understand as she was nearly mumbling and irritated at which point it also became a safety issue. Not sure what we did wrong, or whether she just had a bad day, but it's extremely unrofessional. It's not customer's job to manage business expectations; it's the other way around.
