Very friend staff. Great experience trying out hyrox training.
When I moved to Seattle, starting at a new CrossFit, honestly made me a little nervous. Found Corsair initially by looking for hyrox training. It was supposed to be temporary, and I already did strength training CrossFit close to home. After just getting a little glimpse of their programming and their effective coaching I realized I had not made much progress for awhile. Received helpful correction on technique and form, and saw almost immediate positive results in my performance.
