Great service team with a focus on customer needs. Bikes are fun to ride, quick and responsive. Also get great electricity rates as they qualify as EVs so saving heaps on bills!
My Arthur 7 is a beautiful vehicle. However the control ergonomics are poor in several aspects, and tech support is not as promised. The most annoying issue is the dynamic braking. It is no wonder that so little energy is recovered. When I purchased the vehicle I was promised that the control could be modified to eliminate 'coasting' by engaging the regenerative braking as soon as the throttle is reduced to zero. My 20-year old Ego scooter had this (see picture). I was also told that the strength of braking could be changed.... read more
Just bought an Arthur. I have owned 25 bikes, from Italian , Japanese, to Harleys. Arthur is my new favourite run around. Was genuinely surprised how good it is for the money that I paid. Great value . 5 stars . Definitely will be coming back for other models in the future . But will keep Arthur 👍
