RecommendedI had a situation come up this morning, and I was a good 50 miles away from an open vet. I called over and they got us in for an appointment and looked my cat over. I am thankful to have found them as the storm has shut down most clinics in the area. Didn't get to spend much time with the staff due to COVID regulations but the two folks I did meet (Alyssa I believe was her name and Dr. Fontenot) struck me as good people.
They were so compassionate this morning when I had to put down my beautiful 11 year old pit bull. I can't say thank you enough.
Dr.Fontenot has went above and beyond every time we have visited with animals. From puppy shots, to having to let our babies go! He has always weighed out and viewed each option. We thank you!
He is the best and also has the best staff 😘❤🙏🏻

At my cat’s prior clinic, his records mostly read “limited exam due to aggression”, “cat is fractious and difficult”, etc. His appointments were pure hell. However, we recently switched to Fontenot Animal Hospital—our appointment was right on time and it took Dr. Fontenot exactly one minute to give him three shots AND weigh him. Friendly and great staff & an Awesome vet! My family & I have been going here for yrs. They caring understanding people. They always took excellent care for our animals and if they have to stay at the vet they keep you updated. I will always use this vet and always highly recommen people to take their fur babies here for any needs!
Super friendly staff and vet. They took amazing care of my dog and kept me in the loop with her care. Will absolutely keep using this place!
