Very unprofessional and unreliable service department. I took my vehicle to get a recall done and they damaged my ac unit. I approached my service representative before leaving the premises. He told me “wow, that’s weird” but “we didn’t work on the ac” which i replied I know but it was working just fine when I left the car with you this morning. Upon hearing about the issue brought to our attention by Mr. ******, we checked with Nissan regarding the recall reprogram and the possibility of causing a problem with the air conditioning unit. The answer was an emphatic no, as the two systems are not related. Also, they had never seen that recall reprogram cause and a/c unit malfunction.
