Absolute nightmare and a massive safety hazard. I brought my vehicle here for service and dealt with an advisor named Freddy, who was incredibly rude and difficult to work with from the start. Worse than the poor customer service, though, is the total lack of competence. They completely misdiagnosed my vehicle's issue as a simple battery problem. Great service overall. There’s a guy named Rob who helped us a lot with different things about financing a car. He got us a really good deal—he’s a great guy.
These people really don't care about your time. They just lie to you. I have took my Elantra 2025 over there with 6,000 mi which needs the AC went removed or replaced something. That's what they told me. I don't know what is it + I took my car over there and gave my car out I think 11:30 a.m. and then they told me going to take 3 to 4 hours. I'll be like okay.
