BEWARE!! Probably the worst Doctor I’ve ever been to literally if you wanna die go to this doctor. They don’t take care of the referrals and if you call, they put you on hold and none of the girls at the front know what’s going on it’s like they just sit there and do nothing. I appreciate the in-person service, but the phone support has been very frustrating. Every time I call, I’m kept on hold for 10–15 minutes, and this has happened repeatedly over the past three months. It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone, and this really needs improvement
I'm wondering if the reviews for this clinic are bought or from the staff???? There seem to be no good Medi-cal doctors in the IE. My experience I changed to this doctor based on the reviews here on Google thinking it would be better than the last doctor and it's just the same, 2 weeks to over a month out for appointments when you're telling them you're in great pain, you've been to the ER and urgent care.
