Worst car wash I've been to I come to this area every 1-2 weeks, they didn't vacuum the inside of the car I called and left my number. The owner called me back asking me to go back when I had the chance So they can re wash and vacuum the car I explained that I wasnt from this area he said thats ok just come. I watched the asian lady, I'm assuming she is the owner/manager curse out a customer, and was in shock. Not sure what the situation was but the she was so rude and unprofessional, I let her know and walked out. The crazy thing is, the customer wasn't even screaming at her when he was complaining to her. All the yelling is being done in the process of her giving them a refund. I feel she could have kept her mouth shut, gave the refund and let them leave, but she couldn't help herself. Just bad business in general. I will find... read more
