RecommendedI had a really good experience living in Fontana Apartments my senior year. The apartments are fresh, well-furnished and very spacious. Some bedrooms have giant windows and some of the best views in Ctown. Steve is really friendly and always willing to help! Due to COVID-19, I had to stay in Ithaca way past my lease end date and Steve connected me with next year's tenants and helped me find a summer sublet. I stayed in Fontana Apartments for 2 years, in two different apartments. They were clean and well put-together, and really nice overall. The landlord was also very personable and good about fixing any problems that did arise. For instance, when my air conditioner broke one summer, he quickly got a brand new one in place with no hassle. 10/10 would rent from Steve again.
Withheld security deposit for damage that occurred OUTSIDE of our apartment in common hallways accessible to anyone off the street. Look for another landlord that won't take advantage of college students in this way.
