Spiders everywhere, they really don't have money to hire someone to fix their yard? The manager is soo rude and the maintenance guy doesn't really do his job, I've found cobwebs with many spiders to very black cockroaches
this apartment is priced about the same as other apartments in the area. The office management does not help with any apartment-related issues.The neighbors are very noisy and make loud noises at night. Not recommended to anyone want to live here.

No maintenance for same price you will get in good apartments in Fremont. Management is very irresponsible and try to take all your money. never recommend any friend to this apartment
