The only thing they have done to the place since new ownership took over is replace the carpets with flooring, and replaced some of the outlet covers. I say some because the cover is missing from the air conditioning unit. Same cabinets, same air conditioners, same windows. Paint and new flooring. Oh, yes, they changed the name, and raised the rent.
