There’s almost no management support for this residence. apartments are dirty full of pest like cockroaches and if you have a problem with the neighbors and call they never know anything about anything and directly said they can’t help you. It’s basically a jungle. I wouldn’t rent again in this residence if it were the only thing available in Miami
It's perhaps 25 years late but much deserved. Living there was the worst year of our married life together. Noisy, dictatorial management and when thankfully we left they stiffed us out of our security deposit for preexisting damage. Almost forgot, I'd be sitting outside on the balcony and would witness vehicles being broken into. Better late than never.
If you would like to know how Fontainebleau Milton handles health problems and mold in your apartment READ this review and see the attached pictures. Fontainebleau milton was notified over 3 weeks about the health concerns. They tried to patch the ceiling that was peeling apart and then water began dripping through the ceiling and into my unit. I have been living Hera for 4 years and I have to say I don’t plan on moving till I can move to a good house that we can buy you have everything you need in the complex it’s like they don’t want you to leave and you know what it’s working perfectly I highly recommend the Fontainebleau Milton apartment you won’t regret your moving there
