I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with my friends. The customer service is 10/10. Noelis at the front desk was very kind and pleasant throughout our stay. The Terrance was beautiful and the beach umbrellas made it easy to enjoy the sun comfortably.My room was awesome and I would definitely come back!
I stayed at Ashore Beach and Resort recently and had a really good experience overall. The place has a relaxed vibe, and the facilities were clean and well taken care of. At the front desk, Noelis helped me when I checked in. She was super professional and seemed to really know her stuff. We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. There were definitely some highlights worth mentioning: dinner at the Tide Restaurant was delicious, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting, and the property offers a variety of nice amenities, including a beautiful multipurpose room that features movies, a taproom with live entertainment, and a lively beach bar. The rooms were okay. The parking lot is tight, but they do have extra parking across the street. Older facility, but it has been remodeled at some point. The elevators suck, always busy. The facility was clean.
