Great staff everyone we had contact with were very pleasant and friendly. Place was kept cleaned. We were very impressed with the staff.
I stayed at Ashore Resort 9/19/25 and 9/20/25. My poor rating is because of poor room light, no microwave in the room, asked staff and was told we would need to rent a microwave front the front desk. The only mirror is in the bathroom, not good for a girls weekend for dressing and make-up. The nightclub is gone, the in-door pool is gone. Ashore only painted over Clarion decor. Much better when it was Clarion.
Our stay was interrupted by the carbon monoxide leak at the end of July 2025, and then subsequently lied to regarding how many days it would take to get hot water back (found out later that a huge part of their system needed to be replaced, and parts were not immediately available, from town employee information). Very pricey and not the best views, and no refund or discount for the lack of hot water during our entire stay. I never got a return email or call regarding our complaint. Will not stay here again.
