I lived here for about a year. I loved how large the apartments are with a lots of natural light, well equipped gym and pool. It has great to proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and parks. Cynthia and the whole team responsible for the upkeep of the property are very professional and are great at their work. They keep appointments and maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
If I could give this apartment complex a zero I would, the marketing is very misleading everything that glitters isn’t gold. The apartment complex has a call system for guest to enter the building that doesn’t even work it’s all for show. the building had a strong old nursing home odor leaky sewage, plumbing issues, mold painted over, the pool is supposed to be heated it’s not heated, the computer room never has paper in the printer and the computer is out of date, the whole building is outdated from inside to out, managemen... read more
I don't feel comfortable living somewhere where the management cannot keep an appointment. # redflag
This is a great community for residents. Building is well maintained. The staff goes above and beyond on a daily basis.
