Exceptional customer service and top-tier work! I brought my bike in because it had a weird resistance that made pedaling exhausting. The staff knew exactly what the issue was right away. Since my bike is my daily commute to work, they kindly squeezed me in so I wouldn't be stranded. They were so knowledgeable, teaching me what to look out for in the future.
