Excellent work – Very prompt to follow-up with communication regarding the job. They built a 40 foot long stacked flagstone retaining wall that turned out great! The job site was left as it was found and cleaned up very well. They follow up after the completion of the job to make sure the customer was satisfied. Great customer service!
Paver Patio - A++++ Work by Fontaine and Cody Ames! – I contacted about seven or eight landscaping companies to build a paver patio. Out of the eight calls only one called back and showed up on time for the quote - it was Cody Ames from Fontaine Landscaping. Prompt, reasonably priced full-service landscaping company – I would highly recommend Fontaine, and have to my friends, for their prompt service, good customer service, thoroughness, range of services and pricing. Great landscaping Company – Fontaine Landscaping is company I would highly recommend. Their staff is courteous, and professional. We have used them for several years for our mowing, plantings, irrigation and routine services. We have worked with many of their staff members and they have been great to work with. They are an exceptional company. It is nice to have one company for all your landscaping needs.
Very disappointed! – I was very excited to have Fontaine out to help with my yard. The gentleman that came out met with me and promised to draw up a plan and return. 10 days later I called and he said he'd be out in a few days. When he arrived his drawing was totally unprofessional, but we talked and he went away promising quotes and new drawings. He never returned. When I called to see what had happened I was told he wasn't with the company anymore and the person on the phone promised to find my drawings and get back to me.... read more
