April 2026 I had left shoulder replacement. Now we're in October and I still have a lot of pain, And minimal movement of my shoulder. The doctor and his PA are very nice. Dr Font's assistant, Betty, is something else difficult to work with. She returns phone calls after a week.
Unacceptable The doctor himself is very nice, but his staff is not. Poor time management, unfriendly even rude. No empathy towards the patient. If you can avoid this place do so.
Dr. Font is an awesome, straight forward doctor who calls it as he sees it. Very direct and honest. Has great bedside manner and has to be the absolute best doctor for a reverse shoulder replacement. PERIOD! He did both my shoulders. The second one, once the block wore off I had zero pain ever (well accept the soreness that comes with PT). I highly recommend Dr. Font and am so grateful that he did these surgeries. Godspeed Dr. Font and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I had in 2012 a shoulder surgery with dr font after 2 years again dislocations happen since then it had been a real and frecuente fustrating events. His recomenation were therapies, even with frecuenta dislocations Just a week ago after consult two experts in Naples áreas both of them agreeded that the surgery was made wrongly not avoiding futures dislocations , and i had a new surgery and hopefully the last one in my life Take preventions if you are treated or refering to this doctor
