I had my 15 year old hot water tank spring a leak. Called and the next day I got a newer version of the reliable old unit installed and old pipes brought up to code with a new expansion tank. Fantastic price and unbelievable same day install. Very happy. It’s been in for a month and everything is perfect.
I actually had a pump serviced by him one time. Completely unprofessional. Swearing up and down in front of my two kids. Writes some pretty awful crap on Facebook too under Syracuse.com about others misfortunes in the community.
Very fast and had good communication throughout the process . This company was referred to me by my routine plumber that had a large job that couldn’t be broken away from …. The cost was a little more than I am used to , but the bill was dropped from the original quote as all parts ordered were not required …. I can’t imagine that the transparency exists with most companies . A real testament to “you get what you pay for “. Class act !
