I took my car here to simply change my bumper and some part of my radiator. they ended up messing up my entire engine, and not only that it took him weeks to do an engine swap knowing that’s what the car needed due to their error. my car overheated one of those days so we had to leave it on the side of the road, and the next day when we went back it was still on the side of the road, he didn’t have the heart to at least get my car towed the same day. once we finally got the car back , there were new things wrong with the car... read more
I had a check engine light pop up the day before my family was supposed to move away from Virginia. I let Fonse know the situation and they were all stars. They got my vehicle checked in that night before they closed and then looked at it first thing in the morning. Within 3-4 hours of work they had me back operational and our move went as planned! Can’t thank these guys enough. Did a great job to quickly get us fixed up, and fixed up well. 500 miles later, no problems!
5 Star service , great pricing and friendly staff - will be bringing mine and my families car to Fonse Automotive- had fonses team install coilovers, cold air intakes , and a flex fuel kit . appreciate it ! amazing job
Took my mess to his shop on a tow truck, left his shop driving it. Dude knows what he does very well, very friendly, carlos makes you feel very comfortable on your problems, and takes care of them. Fonse isn’t your average local shop.
Great customer service. Very trustworthy mechanic shop. I brought my car to get a spark plug change and he put it on the house. Definitely amazing people and will definitely come again.
