Telephone rings and rings. No one picks up. When they do they pick up they just pick up and hang up. Janelle herself is a better than average pediatrician but she needs a new staff.
They will not return calls. I was never able to make my child's first appointment. They also have the wrong number listed on the insurance cards.
This is not the location I go to. I go to 5088 Fresno st. I love Janelle Fong. All my kids go there. We have had other providers in the past Janelle gets back to you quickly with phone calls, she remembers her patients and she is just all around awesome.
